Communication Skills for Young Adults
Help your student make a lasting impression with their excellent communication skills! This four hour fun and interactive class is designed to give middle school students the tools for effective communication and increased confidence. This course is for both students who want to improve their skills and those needing a boost in the right direction. We’ll review greetings and introductions, first impressions and image, conversation skills, listening skills, public speaking, telephone, texting and on-line etiquette and thank you notes. All topics are presented in a fun, interactive way that engages our middle schoolers!

Dining and Etiquette for Today’s Middle School Student
Designed for the middle school population, this fun and interactive course is designed to give students confidence in social situations and at the dining table. It will increase their knowledge and comfort level in various areas of social etiquette, such as first impressions, introductions, gift giving/receiving and behaving as a good host & guest. The second portion of the course will focus on table manners, allowing them to handle themselves and others with ease in any dining situation, whether formal or informal. Classes are focused on good manners and common courtesies that your teen or tween will use today and everyday.

Social Graces for Kids
Make a WOW first impression. Be a good sport. Act as a gracious host and guest on a playdate or at a birthday party. In Social Graces, elementary school-aged students will have a great time learning and practicing all of the common courtesies that will make them stand heads above the rest. We will also review behavior for public places, church etiquette, street smarts, helping behaviors and showing proper respect. This is a wonderful and interactive way for children to learn good manners. It will reinforce what you teach at home, yet has the added benefit of coming from someone other than Mom or Dad.

First Impressions Count
1,2,3, 4…a first impression is made! If it is a positive one, it will benefit your child for a long time. If their first impression comes in last place, then they will have to work hard to change it. In this quick, one-hour class designed for middle and high schoolers, we talk, often using humor, about how they can make a good first impression through their dress, greeting and body posture and why it is so important.
