Did You Know #7

The Magic Words

Inspire civility in your everyday life by using the magic words!  We learned them when we were toddlers and they should be used all day, every day for the rest of your life. Saying, “please,” “thank you,” “you’re welcome,” and “excuse me” are perfect remedies for common incivilities. People will appreciate your kindness and hopefully pass it along to the next person. Never respond to rudeness with rudeness – as tempting as it may be! Our words are free, our choice with how we use them and reflect who we are. Make sure your word choice is reflecting who you are and who you want to be in this world.
